Overall Satisfaction with Qlik Sense
I know that Qlik Sense is used by various managers in Operations and Quality. For the Operations department, they view Lab Specific and Customer Specific trends (revenue and volume data). For Quality, it is used as a Global data access tool - compiling all Quality Metrics in one App for Top Level managers and Quality managers to view.
- can handle various data sources - Oracle, Google Sheets, etc
- clickable chart objects provide easier filtering
- view data table behind any chart object
- customizing charts could improve - add more options
- downloaded excel data file should remove all formatting - manually updating this is a pain at times
- add more customization to the Stories

- The one Qlik App I created has saved me hours of manual work compiling Customer Specific reports.
- Since we have used Qlik Sense, more internal users have access to view the same data at any given time. Before, everyone had the "same" data but from different sources with lead to conflicting results.
- For Global Quality's Qlik Sense App, I know it's a huge time-saver to view the same metrics across labs across all countries at once.
