It is the CRM that we use to manage our multi-family properties.

ResMan is great for multifamily, but does not have single family capabilities to manage that type of portfolio.

We did not, get great support as it is.
Yes - It was, took a little bit, but it was a platform issue they were working on after they did an upgrade.
After we lost a regional manager and I had to step in to help, I called them frequently and before we got off the phone I had an answer to my question.
