Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use RingEX as our office phone carrier. We have two desk top phones. RingEX is also used as our fax service. I make use of the mobile app to answer calls when on the go and on the road. RingEX has also allowed us to receive text messages via our main office number.

One of the feature we have made the most of is having voice mail messages forwarded to individual company employee emails. This service lets peoples who are out of the office never miss a voice message. Same goes for texts messaging. RingEX has allowed us to have a text messaging on our main office line
