Overall Satisfaction with Salsify
We are currently using Salsify as a DAM. Currently, we are only using this for our wholesale partners to share our digital assets with them for use. We would eventually like to use this across our entire organization to have access to product data and assets.
- The customer service is AMAZING! They walked us through everything step by step... multiple times. They are also working with us on how to identify our goals.
- The platform is extremely user friendly.
- Uploading information can be time consuming but they are working on linking their platform to our ERP system.
- Many of our retailers website look 1,000 times better and they are extremely happy with the ease of using this product.
- We do not have exact ROI numbers but the overall online shopping experience for consumers has drastically improved.
- Continex
Continex was a microsite and many of our accounts wanted to stay consistent throughout their site which this would not let them do. Salsify allows them to use our assets but in their own template so everyone is happy!

- We mainly use this as a DAM for our partners to keep consistency across our digital platforms
- The light box feature can offer more than just product images - we can create other digital assets and have them sized based on retailer needs.
- There is a workflow feature which assigns different people to different tasks and has them sign off when completed. This helps keep everyone organized.

Yes - Continex - many of our partners were not happy with this solution based on its flexibility.

They set up weekly calls to walk us through setting up the platform. They are also always showing us new features they feel we can utilize with our partners.
