Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use the below functions in SAP BTP, and it is helping us to implement standard SAP solutions of "Fixed Asset Transfer Approval" using "SAP Build Process Automation." After considering many other solutions, we finally implemented it via using "SAP Build Process Automation" because the implementation time is very long, and we also get standard SAP reports to analyze various Assets related reports.

Pros and Cons

Implementing Fixed Asset Transfer Approval via CPI.
Implemented Cloud Platform integration.
Managing multiple Subaccount's from BTP.

Not sure for any area for improvement at this moment, it is new for us.

Return on Investment

Integrate, extend, and enrich business processes.
More than 3,300 APIs, hence more efficiency in implementation.
Process automation packages and bots are available, hence readymade solutions.

Usability

Fixed asset transfers (both Intercompany and intra-company) transactions are usually high-value items that should not get posted in the SAP S/4HANA system without notice. This workflow will help businesses in obtaining approvals for transfers of Fixed assets based on Approval determination. This helps in better governance practice, and we are implementing it by using SAP Build Process Automation.

Support Rating

Initially, I was not sure about the price for each booster and how to enable it. I raised a message with SAP, and the SAP BTP consultant was able to provide a detailed explanation of pricing and usage.
