Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud
I use it for order management, order tracking, getting sales activity report, order review, invoices, to get our various documents, Checking our material availability in our warehouses. We use it to manage our customers and orders in a better, safe and more effective way. Also, we use it for our internal inventory management and view to process orders fast.

- Big reports take a lot of time to finally download. This time should be reduced.
- There can be a search button to find anything I want instead of knowing the exact transaction.
- Dark mode can be made available optional.
- I personally feel more confident while talking with customers as I have full picture of my customers in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Within our team, we share common reports. Hence, we solve our issues as team quicker.
- Based on data available in our SAP S/4HANA Cloud about shipment history etc. we make ourselves prepared with our customers' future demands.
