Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We both use SharpSpring and we also implement and use it for some of our SMB clients. Some of the functionality we use include:

- behavior based automation
- campaigns tracking
- visitor ID/prospecting
- call tracking
- analytics/dashboard, including for Google Analytics and AdWords

SharpSpring helps us and our clients improve lead conversions, get more sales through email nurturing, improve brand loyalty and track, analyze and continuously improve marketing campaigns. As an agency, it allows us to help SMB clients that may not have otherwise been able to afford an enterprise-level marketing automation platform.
  • Low-cost, high-value with month-to-month billing instead of long term contracts.
  • Quick implementation and flexible platform allows us to plug it into any CMS without rebuilding landing pages or forms.
  • Responsive support and continued development of the product.
  • Breadth of functionality at a low price point.
  • Ease of use could be improved for a non-expert/technical user.
  • Depth of functionality has a ways to go before it rivals similar products, but the company continues to invest strongly in the product so I expect this to continue to improve.
  • Using one "all-in-one" platform across many clients decreases training time and reduces the time to execution because we don't have to go into multiple point solutions.
  • Our clients are thrilled because they see an immediate impact and results in the analytics.
  • The price gives us a great value. As we grow and get more contacts, our clients don't have to worry that the price is going up with the number of contacts.
I think for SMBs or agencies that work with smaller SMBs that are priced out of other enterprise-level solutions, this is a good fit. I think if the requirements require more depth of functionality and the technology budget is larger, HubSpot is the better fit. For businesses that decide to purchase, I recommend working with a partner to ensure you have a solid implementation, decrease frustration and increase your chance for long-term success and ROI.
