Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
JRCB uses SharpSpring for our clients' marketing automation needs. We have also provided access to the sales function of the tool to a client who uses it for all of their sales' needs. We are able to easily manage all marketing campaigns and communications for clients through SharpSpring as well as provide detailed reporting for each campaign and marketing execution.
- On-boarding takes place twice a week for 60 days. Our trainer provided excellent service working with us how we needed.
- Customer Support is top notch. Any feature request or troubleshooting tickets we submit are responded to within an hour & the answers/resolution provided quickly - almost always same day.
- Reporting. JRCB finds tremendous value in the reporting features of SharpSpring. We are able to provide our clients robust reports on all campaigns without having to invest the time to create these manually.
- There is one report that outlines "email sends". It would be helpful if the report would provide the exact date of the send instead of how it currently provides a timeframe (i.e. two weeks ago).
- It would be helpful if the landing page feature would allow us to create and save our own template. Right now we cut and paste the code to keep our templates in sync.
- JRCB implemented SharpSpring 3 months ago. We have not yet seen a measurable ROI on our biz goals. However, we are aware that our clients are extremely pleased and are finding the reports helpful as well as the sales tool portion to be of great value to them.
JRCB selected SharpSpring because it was created for the marketing agencies and it was far more cost effective than any of the other marketing automation tools we had researched in the past.
