Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
Here at Inbound Marketing Brasil, we use SharpSpring for several activities. We manage our contacts' base, we do our email campaigns, like nutrition campaigns, monetization campaigns, and also newsletter campaigns. Otherwise, we use the native CRM to track all the opportunities and all the features always work so well for us.
- Onboarding - The sharpspring team is so well educated in all aspects of the tool, that made it easy for anyone to learn, use, abuse and teach for clients and interns. There are so many tutorial videos that cover all features and doubts.
- Customer Service - anytime, anywhere. If I have to talk about just one single thing about the sharpspring customer service attendants is commitment. Every time we need it, we get it. And most of the times, they surprise us for good.
- Landing Page Builder - it's so easy to use that a child can use it. I love the templates and the WYSIWG, because I don't know a single line of code. It's fantastic.
- Social Media - We are very disappointed with the tool in terms of social media features. We can't track, schedule, or post. We are use to use several different tools and despite SharpSpring being a good choice, we need to use third parties tools to do it.
- Customer Service - Despite the excellent customer service as I related above, there are a lot of people talking to us. Each contact drops in a different person and our inboxes used to be full of emails. Sometimes we don't know who we talk to first, and it kind of makes us waste time.
- Forms - It does not have the pre-filled function. As we want to minimize the bounce, using pre-filled forms is a fantastic way to avoid it, but the tool doesn't have this feature.
- Definitely a good ROI by using SharSpring. It dispenses CRM software, email software, landing pages software and for agencies at a special price.
We've been using automation marketing software and similars or a while and I'm very impressed with SharpSpring's performance. It is by far one of the best tools to use in our process and for our clients. We can share some features with the client's team and track every single step in their campaigns.
