Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is being used by the admin and the Sales department to capture and and track leads and also for distribution of leads.

Pros

  • SharpSpring allows you to capture lead information.
  • It allows you to track lead activity across multiple platforms that your company uses.
  • It allows you to distribute leads accordingly.

Cons

  • I am currently happy with everything, I do not have any complaints.
  • SharpSpring has helped me see which clients are very interested in our products. It allows me to know which clients to contact first in order to maximize profits.
SharpSpring is easy to use. You can also download the SharpSpring app to use it on the go on your mobile device.
SharpSpring is good for when you dealing with a lot of clients and you have a lot of leads coming in. It helps you track your leads.
