Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
It is being used across the whole organization to promote our Marketing, Sales leads, and Communications with overseas partners. It addressed our lack of marketing and it has helped us learn who is looking at our website and what we can do to move our business in the right direction. We have had an issue with customer service.

- Lead scores.
- Ability to assign tasks easily.
- Customer service.
- Slight glitches. including the same company multiple times in lists.
- Email syncs and un-syncs.
- Organization has improved.
- Wasted a lot of time on phone calls (negative).
- Helped develop leads.
We have used ZOHO. SharpSpring is more sophisticated and gives us more insight into who is looking at our company. We selected SharpSpring because we believed it would take us to the next level. I wish I could give a more detailed response but Chris Fleming has written his reviews and would like for SharpSpring to contact him.
