Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We are an agency that works with technology providers/suppliers. We provide customized sales and marketing programs and we work as a Sharpspring agency, signing up clients to be SharpSpring users. We provide them with outsourced support, creating marketing programs scaled to their needs and guiding them through sales cycles.
  • Clear reporting - It is easy to pull up marketing reports, save snapshot views of activities and built-in imaging of associated forms or documents associated with activity.
  • Life of the Lead timeline provides one easy view of all ongoing activity for any contact. It is also useful that each action on the timeline allows you to see the documentation it has referenced.
  • Opportunities tracking with drag and drop feature simplifies updating contact status
  • Form reports - It would be helpful to have a form reporting interface available under the analytics feature. While form activity can be seen through the content section, having better visibility via an overview and analysis function, would be better.
  • Additional in-app hints for assigned values would be beneficial.
  • Ease of access to library search tool - I would like to have the tool visible on the dashboard rather than having to enter the portal. It would also be beneficial if it can open as a separate window rather than losing existing page.
  • It provides the ability to expand our marketing services within our preferred working industry.
  • SharpSpring's sales pitch tools and comparative analysis streamlines our need to bring together benefits and features, making the process a bit more seamless when setting up meetings with potential clients.
SharpSpring is best suited for smaller companies that need an efficient automated marketing tool. Its ability to do fairly easy email drips is great. I think a little practice is required with the workflow tool, but the great part of it is you can test it before going live so you don't have to worry about mistakenly sending out emails to actual contacts.
