Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring for our company's lead generation efforts and CRM. Our CRM is now organized in a way that matches how we work and we are getting new leads in a systematic way and then categorizing them and evaluating them for level of interest. The landing pages are SSL secure so we feel confident using them for lead magnets to gather new prospects.
Pros
- Excellent training and support plus a ton of specific tutorials and videos we can access at any time.
- Simple process to create (and save for reuse) landing pages.
- The CRM is simple but very flexible - we can tag clients and prospects in just about any way we need.
Cons
- Would like to see more live webinars showing case studies of companies and how they use the platform effectively.
- More email templates.
- More pre-made landing page templates.
- It has allowed us to go after and close businesses that we would not have found because previously we were only doing lead gen the "cold-calling" way.
