Overall Satisfaction with Sigma

We use Sigma to pull data on customer engagement, enrollment, savings, and GOV. We use the data to share with clients to show their use of our products and to make recommendations on other products in our suite. We also create dashboards on sigma and share them internally to present data in weekly meetings.

Pros

  • Data Loads Quickly on DashBoards
  • Filters for Data are Applicable
  • Company and Date Searching is Useful

Cons

  • Videos of How To / Quick Sigma Tips within the platform or via email
  • Ability to Download Files Quicker
  • Being able to export an xls with conditional formatting
  • Ability to disuade churn for clients
  • Showing clients ROI in QBRs
  • Positive impact overall for us
The only other data platform we have tried or had experience with was Tableau which I personally felt was much more confusing and difficult to use for the everyday user. We have lots of people in sales, who have no background in data, and who need to be able to access the client's data on a day-to-day basis. Sigma makes this easy!

Sigma is very quick and easy to create reports with for internal and external uses. Their customer support is great, it has a simple interface that is easy to learn and manipulate, and it is an excellent tool for finding data on existing customers within your org. I am not aware of a better competitor to Sigma.
