Overall Satisfaction with Skedda

We use Skedda to manage our office space. Previously we were manually looking after desk and meeting room bookings. Skedda allows everyone to self-manage their bookings. It has cut down the admin time for us and automated a lot of time-consuming actions. I am really happy with how it has been working for us.

Pros

  • Visually presents the booking data
  • Creates easy-to-understand booking info for users and admins.
  • Cuts out manual admin work.

Cons

  • Really happy with it - no drawbacks for our use case.
  • The map
  • Booking rules - users cannot book too far into the future
  • Booking rules - we restrict users to half or full-day bookings only
  • No time lost on admin around desk bookings

Really well suited for desk booking and managing our meeting rooms. It allows us to operate hot desks in the office and our staff can pick and choose when to come in. The maps allow us to quickly and easily see what is available from day to day without any problems.
