Overall Satisfaction with Social Solutions ETO
Social Solutions developed and helped maintain a product used by our department. Their customer service was prompt and friendly and the product they created has been very useful and user friendly. I was surprised at how quick they were to respond to any issues along the way and troubleshoot any issues we had. The product I was involved with is being used across departments throughout the State of California by some that may not be familiar with the use of a computer so it was very user friendly and simple to understand. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great working relationship and prompt customer support.

I have used various other products similar to Social Solutions ETO that were developed by companies like IBM and the SS product was up to par with larger companies that have been around for a long time.
