Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor
It is used on the IT department to scan, maintain and monitor all the systems, servers and devices in the whole organization. We had to add two extra pollers to loadbalance all the devices. Using only one poller is heavy for the system.
- You can add other Solarwinds products in it.
- Monitor network using SNMP, WMI. Getting health information and server useful information even for VMs environments.
- They need better support team.
- Some areas need to be more open to the user, more customization enabled by the user.
- Pollers need a better improvement to support more heavier weights.
- It has been a great addition to our organization because of the massive way it can monitor all of thousands devices.
- The way we view the network now, has changed with a new perspectives since we installed the product.
