Overall Satisfaction with Spruce
We rely on Spruce for all POS, AR/AP, Inventory, and CRM solutions.

- Overall time savings
Overall, I would say having the ability to "Start fresh" is where we benefited, not specifically from ECI Spruce.
Spruce is possibly just above average. Not super impressed with usability and especially not impressed with tech support who is rarely able to answer questions on the first call.
