Taleo is being used by the Hillshire Brands Talent Acquisition department only. It helps us with organization and time to fill ratio.
- Taleo is great for organizing candidates and tracking all of the progress the candidates make. Taleo comes in handy when we get audited because all of the information has been saved in one easy to use database.
- Taleo allows us to push offers out at lightning speed. There are also many different options you can choose to get offers out. (Print, E-offer, etc).
- Taleo is great for managing recruiter's metrics as it allows us to see all requisition specs and details.
- You can not search candidates by phone number in Taleo. So if you choose not to answer your phone because you are trying to avoid agency sales calls, you can not search to see if it was a candidate calling.
- There is no pipeline function in Taleo, LinkedIn is really what we use for that. This needs to be improved.
- Our recruiters complain about having to sign into Taleo every 15 min on a consistent basis. Can we turn that function off?
- Better client service.
- Increased employee efficiency.
- Happier more organized recruiters.

Best system I have used to date. Easy to train on how to use. You guys are the Apple of ATS systems.
Well suited for large organizations, less appropriate for small ones.
