Overall Satisfaction with Toggl
As much of our time is billable, we use Toggl as a way to keep associates time relative to job number organized. As we have a large number of clients, there are numerous jobs and projects that must be tracked independently for legal purposes. Not only does Toggl help associates stay on task, but it also streamlines timesheet management.
- Switching between jobs and starting and stopping time, or having the ability to track concurrently, is vital. No other application does this as well as Toggl.
- Being able to save a state is easy, and the aggregated data from all the users helps keep track of associate workflow. This is very vital to keeping our company competitive.
- The GUI could use an upgrade.
- I would like better hotkey functionality, so I don't have to use my mouse as much.
- We've had our productivity in projects completed since the implementation of Toggl increase by 14 %, this is huge for us.
- We've had fewer issues with associates turning in timesheets late, though there is no excuse because Toggl is so easy to use.
We have not used any other applications that function in similar ways to Toggl.
