Overall Satisfaction with TripActions

We utilize TripActions to book business trips using the corporate credit card - we utilize this across the entire company, and it makes it super easy for employees to book flights/hotels/rental cars through the company's corporate card. It also gives us the incentive to book at the lowest possible price in return for rewards which solve the issue of people booking high-ticketed trips.
  • Provides a wide range of travel options within a wide budget.
  • It is reliable - if a trip gets canceled, they are quick to contact their customer and help sort out additional booking details to get you to your final destination.
  • Not ALL flights are listed.
  • Sometimes they over-communicate.
  • Saved company money by incentivizing employees to book on the cheaper end of market value.
  • Helps finance department keep better track of bookings.
If a flight is canceled, they are quicker to reach the customer than the airlines are. They provide updates and reach out to assist with rebooking if needed.

TripActions would be useless for someone to use in their daily lives, but I think it is well-suited for a company that tends to have its employees travel a lot.
