Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup & Replication
I was looking for a tool to backup our VM systems. We do not use them for Production level data but they are for advanced development and a loss of data can be critical to our company. Veeam met all our needs but we could not get any representative to contact us to purchase the software so we decided to look elsewhere. Customer Service at Veeam is horrible!!

- Makes it easy to automate VM backups instead of a manual process.
The need for a backup solution to minimize the risk of losing development data
That was a main feature for us, the fact that a cloud storage solution was also available.
