Overall Satisfaction with Website Toolbox

We use Website Toolbox to power our customer support forums. Here customers can interact and ask questions about our software products. Through notifications from Website Toolbox, we can actively monitor these forums and provide support. The main appeal of this setup is that customers can find answers to common questions by searching the forum archives.
  • Fights spam.
  • Prevent fake accounts.
  • Keep forums clean by requiring post approval.
  • Customization of JavaScript/CSS.
  • Billing notifications.
  • It has improved our self-service customer support.
Support is rarely needed. When needed, they are friendly and fast to understand and address the problem.
