Overall Satisfaction with Whova

Conferences that I attend have selected Whova as their app for the conference. I use it to network with others at the conference. select my classes, add them to my agenda, take notes during the classes, and find the rooms I'm supposed to go to for the class.
  • Conference agenda and location
  • Names and contact information of attendees
  • Facilitator names, pic, bios, and details for what the class is covering
  • Ability to take notes and then get an email summary of all notes taken
  • Confusing on getting a card (business card) sent to another attendee
  • Confusing about sharing contact. I got a request to share and didn't know how to do it. Finally, I just took a picture of my business card and sent it to him in the messenger.
  • It remembers me, so as I set up a profile, I can use it at any conference.
  • It helps me stay organized, decide on classes, find the classes, and connect with others.
  • It helps me keep on task with the schedule alerts and it helps me remember actions and key points in the notes.
  • It helped me maximize my time at conferences.
  • It helped me maximize my contacts at conferences.
  • It helped me track notes by class and provided a summary.

Conferences are a great use for Whova. Multiple-day meetings/training would be good. Training and Conferences are the only areas where I could see it being beneficial.
