Overall Satisfaction with Wingman

In our organization, we use Wingman to track all our meetings, both internal as well as external. The software is especially essential for tracking all our sales meetings with our clients. Those meetings can then be replayed for training sessions, performance assessments, etc. The transcript feature of Wingman provides for easy navigation of critical talking points. The recordings also serve as an easy product recap for our clients, which they can assess via a shared link.

Wingman is best suited for the sales teams that want to track every meeting they take part in. It can be used for training, review, as well as general tracking of every deal. It's best suited for SAAS platforms, where the conversation generally happens exclusively through online meetings. The offering will be less suitable for organizations/industries where virtual meetings don't hold a strong influence.
