We use Wrike to manage our marketing team's tasking, plan our content calendar, and edit creative. It is great because we can invite collaborative users to review pieces as needed without them needing to be full system users.

Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - That a digital platform is something we should have adopted years ago. It saved us during the pandemic. I was resistant saying our excel did the trick, but realized I have more time to focus on planning and execution with this tool.
- Our resource wasn't as hands on as I would have liked until I requested more help.
- Lots of terminology and layers of organization, which is beneficial, just a learning curve.
- Minimize the cut over time of running two calendars is good advice.
