Overall Satisfaction with Xamarin
We used Xamarin to develop cross-platform apps for taxi aggregation app in android, windows and IOS. It is used by my project team including android, IOS and Windows people to create applications in single code base, and it helped us to write quality code that runs consistently on different platorms

- It had very positive impact on our product, such as faster development and faster release
Xamarin is a good platform compared to Cordova, as it gives better API access, documentation and customer support as well as a robust community. It allows you to develop code using native Visual Studio and helps the developer to reuse the codebase for different platforms, versus Apache Cordova.

Yes - Apache cordove is replaced by Xamarin as good support documentation and other lot of benefits
