Overall Satisfaction with Zuora Insights

Marketing, sales, and customer success all use Zuora Insights. I use Zuora Insights to see how much activity and what activity a prospect or customer is using on our app. If there is a lot activity that is a good sign they will purchase or continue using our app. Low or no activity is a bad sign and alerts me they need more training.

Pros

  • I love that I can see exactly who is using our app - named users.
  • I love that I can see the timeline of use.
  • I love how it rates users.

Cons

  • I don't see room for improvement it fills my needs.
It is great for tracking use of our app.
