Mereo comes from Latin and means “deserving.” This is the root of the word “meritocracy” and also the guiding of the company's values. This Brazilian company, consistsof a team with extensive experience in management models and development of systems for the corporate world. The company believes in the meritocracy model, where the hierarchical positions and pay are based on performance, competence, talent, effort, and especially in the delivery of results. After several years of experience implementing models of meritocracy in companies in Brazil and abroad, the company decided to focus efforts on a major deployment of: the lack of systems and tools to support management in the corporate world.
