I think 10000ft is good for bare minimum project monitoring, we used it a large company because we didn't need to have exact numbers - it was just a rough idea to see where freelance resources were over burning. If, however you work a much smaller company and really need to know detailed information it's not as effective, there are many other software options that really allow for much closer and precise tracking. I would recommend 10000ft for companies that just need to monitor large freelance teams, track hours and higher level projects that are also monitored on other project management tools. It's a tool I would only use in conjunction with something else.
Read full review TickTick works well for personal use - managing daily and/or recurring to do's through a variety of lists. These can be renamed as needed. This has contributed to an increase in the completion of projects for me. TickTick also works well for collaboration on a list by list basis. Say that I have a project at work that I need to work with a teammate on - I can create the list and share it with my teammate. From there we can tag-team the project. There is the option for adding to-do lists inside of a top-level list and areas for commenting by the collaborators. This allows us to bypass unneeded meetings or emails to remember what needs to be done next on the project. TickTick may be less suited for situations where photos or files need to be shared for a project or for more complex project management.

The only problem I have with 10000ft is that the design/UI has started to feel a little outdated. I would like to have pre-done integrations with other platforms. Read full review The task reminders are in the form of a notification - it would be nice to have an email option. All tasks due on the same day/time show up as one notification versus separate - this can be hard to separate as far as task planning goes. I think there's limited uses for the tool and much more comprehensive options out there for multiple tools in one. With more people working remotely, it's hard to just use email and face to face, in some ways you need to have a tool that's a fall back and a record of where you are + where you're going

They have been super responsive every time we need them. We built ourselves some integrations with other internal systems, and whenever we needed clarification or help to complete said integrations, they were super responsive. They have a very technical background which makes it super easy to work with when you present to them technical challenges regarding integrations or the use of their API.

Lower cost, easier interface, lower learning curve. More use it than past software b/c of these reasons. We use it now daily instead of as needed.
