It is a good tool to check on the customer journey. Involving them directly and provision of support. Secondly, it is an analytical tool that will manage all your complex data help in analytics, and create very friendly reports. The user interface is friendly but the features are not that easy to comprehend.

  • Data extraction is done accurately and too fast.
  • Reporting and creation of different segments to solve that.
  • Allowing support in different dashboards is also an added advantage.

The free Bitly does not keep your links forever. JotURL does. It just so happened it was on Appsumo many years ago, and I bought it. I use it at least 3-6 times a month.
