Likelihood to Recommend It's really a very good product and serves us well. There are some things that could be better but overall we're very happy with it.
Read full review The Crestron Fusion software is best for a site that has a Crestron Programmer onsite to configure and maintain said system. It works well but needs to have someone keep up on changes or additions. Any environment where you don't have a Crestron expert onsite could be cost prohibitive, as your data would be inaccurate after every upgrade, unless you built the cost into the upgrade

We arrange things by classroom. Read full review Cons The mobile app does not yet have a map feature that mimics the one in the desktop version At the time we launched, it didn't interface well with Outlook. So we couldn't reserve the room and send an invitation to attendees in the same step. As such, we elected to use AgilQuest for workstation reservations only and use Outlook to reserve meeting rooms and people. We understand this has been corrected but have been too busy to go back to test and relaunch that feature. The basic reporting package is a bit weak but it works OK for us. They want to upsell you on their more robust reporting platform. Read full review It requires a lot of understanding to set up for metrics. You really have to put what you want to measure into the code of each room so it can report back. It is cumbersome to add in a new metric. It just seems like it can be easier to have the equipment autopopulate and do standard reporting and control without having to build each of it for each piece of equipment. Read full review Alternatives Considered As mentioned above, we haven't evaluated any other products since the implementation. At the time, it was the best fit for us. There may be other products on the market now that would be even better. However, AgilQuest serves us well and we are happy with it's performance. It would be a very big, expensive undertaking to transition to a different product and at this time there is no motivation to go down that road.
Read full review At the time Crestron fusion was the only software that would integrate well with the Crestron systems. Since we are fully Crestron site we needed a program that would help us to maintain and monitor all things Crestron.
Read full review Return on Investment It is a key component in the firm being able to completely transform our working environment. We needed a hoteling software that would allow us to move from one-to-one assigned seating to seat sharing. This, in turn, has allowed us to shrink our footprints as leases expire and create a whole new working environment. Some key metrics thus far are: (1) our portfolio has dropped by 77,000 RSF despite significant headcount growth, (2) RSF per person has decreased from 260 in 2014 to 185, on our way to 150, as future renovations are completed, and (3) we have reduced future occupancy costs by $52 million. It helped us eliminate parts not being used and saving us money in design and supportability. It has also helped us in that each morning we scan for what systems need attention. This has helped us create a much higher uptime. Read full review ScreenShots
