Assembly Software
TrialWorks software is a trusted source to manage cases in a law firm. It's also a great management tool for insurance companies, as well as courts. It works well for a Plaintiff firm and can be switched to work well for a Defense firm. The software works as a virtual file cabinet with tabs across the top as if you were looking through a file cabinet. You can sort the tabs to most used and hide tabs you don't need. You can change the colors of the tabs for your preference

AffiniPay
LawPay is well suited as a credit card processing system. It provides security needed to meet company insurance requirements. It is interesting because they have acquired MyCase which is another law case management software that we use, yet some of the functionality of LawPay, specifically Affirm, is not available on MyCase. Ideally it would be great to have all the same functionality on MyCase so we could use that only.

We used TrialWorks long before we started using Salesforce. Salesforce does not have the many capabilities TrialWorks has for managing cases in a law firm.

I selected LawPay since they were designed specifically for attorneys and firms. They understand our business and developed their products to meet those business needs.
