For a customer centric organisation looking for a future proof approach towards customer service this could be very much be well suited if you have the capital and/or patience. Providing intuitive AI that can provide huge value to enterprise organisations, but perhaps less so to smaller ones that could deal with the customer experience on a more human / personal level
While Copilot isn’t perfect, I find it very beneficial for my work. For example, although I wish the email reply feature were more refined, it does help me get started. The seamless integration between Copilot and all my Microsoft 365 apps is a huge plus. Additionally, having Microsoft Copilot during Teams meetings has been a valuable asset. Overall, it significantly increases my productivity.
Copilot is excellent at formulating responses to emails that I receive from authors and customers.
Copilot is extremely useful while working on Excel. You don't need to remember formulas in Excel. Just write a prompt and tell Copilot what you want to do with the data, and it will give you the exact formula to use.
Copilot is also great at editing any content I need to review. All I have to do is copy paste the content in the prompt bar and ask copilot to check for grammatical errors in the content and gives an immediate response highlighting all the errors.
I appreciate most of what Copilot offers so far. However, I wish Copilot Studio provided more functionality. Currently, I find it easier to create a custom GPT in ChatGPT. When trying to generate the same automated process, ChatGPT feels more intuitive. That said, because ChatGPT doesn’t integrate with my Microsoft 365 apps, Copilot has an advantage. I believe it will continue to improve.
Avaamo becomes clearly the stand-out option of the 2020s as other platforms don't quite stack up. The team at Avaamo are at the forefront of the technology and the only way is up. This is not for every organisation as it's very much enterprise level but if your aim is the experience of the end user then Avaamo or a very similar option will be paramount
Since we use Microsoft 365 apps in our day-to-day work, we didn't have to choose Copilot over any other AI. It just came with the subscription. However, I would still use it over ChatGPT because Copilot is integrated with all the major Microsoft apps that we use. We dont need to log into a separate AI over a browser. I also think our company data is far more secure while we use Copilot
