Likelihood to Recommend BetterCommerce can be a bit complicated to understand the scope of for an ecommerce brand, but the implementation is simple upon signing up. What really matters is the results that have came about in terms of conversions from customer engagement, orders, and also views of the product marketplace. I like that SEO is included and data is omnichannel meaning we can see all of our brand's sales channels for the most data driven decisions.

Read full review We used SPS for a brief time because our warehouse had the capability to integrate with this program. It was very expensive and the interface for manually processing was not user friendly or easy to navigate. The integration was going to be an additional large cost. Lingo, while it does not have the integration capabilities, was the lower cost and easier to use option. We could get things done quickly for a lower cost and easily teach our third party warehouse to help in the process.
