to be honest this is the best software for the hospitality industry as you can run your operation with very high quality and standard , higly recommended to use this software to handle everything for you , with accurate data , reports , and reliable system . Everthing related to sales like event, banquet, conferances , food arrangement , kitchen , staff related, schedule , space organizing can be monitor and controll by this software.

  • OPERA is too slow to run for the first time and the problem persists in time.
  • That OPERA only opens through browsers like Internet Explorer takes away from the user's interest and makes it adapt to the slowness of the browser in question.
  • It does not allow autonomy in terms of software, which means that if you are occupying your session on the platform and another collaborator needs to use it because it causes crashes in the OPERA system, which causes problems.

Most of the time during my hospitality journey i used Oracle Opera -Sales and catering , May be i used other software that not in the smae level like Oracle Hospitality OPERA , as the features , reports, Support , and outcome overall for oracle much better than any other application or software in the hospitality industry.
