Contactbook is really simple to use, even for non techies. The people that can collaborate with you just need to log-in and the app starts working. This was really important because we needed an accessible app for anyone involved in the project. Sometimes our clients were just getting started using apps, and the good ui and helpful text from Contactbook helped a lot

I folder all emails of certain subject. Outlook makes this an easy process. It allows for dragging messages to the proper place. Searching becomes very easy and locating what we need happens quickly. I would love to have more scheduled emailing capabilities. If the program has this feature, I am having trouble finding it.

Easy to use for a email and calander. If offers a wide variety of ways to use and store data. Easy to search for old emails that may have gotten lost for quick reference. Like being able to see all of our offices emails in one spot. It is a great product

I like Outlook way better than Slack. In Slack I can never find where conversations start and end. A lot harder to search for old conversations. I dont like the fact that multiple people can see what conversations are going on. Difficult to navigate and not user friendly. Outlook is a lot easier to navigate.

  • We have had issues with stuttering or delayed Emails with the old version, but with the new version things are running smooth.
