Cons	CriticalRiver, Inc No answers on this topic	Yellow.ai Integration to ticketing platforms can be too technical hence there should be an option for easier configurations It can be a challenge sometimes to compute for deflection as the terminology and computation are different e.g. in Yellow.ai it’s based on number of conversations whereas for Zendesk it’s based on # of chats and or tickets.
