Considered Multiple Products
Datanyze
Chose Datanyze
I've used products like Builtwith and Wappalyzer and neither compare to the level and organization of data within Datanyze. It's much more robust and easy to access. However, it isn't perfect and sometimes needs to be updated, or removed and re-installed simply for it to function
Chose Datanyze
BuiltWith does not offer as comprehensive of a software analysis compared to Datanyze. You can get by with BuiltWith, but for larger non-profit organizations that have many different systems, Datanyze is a better fit. When working with smaller organizations, you can get by just …
Chose Datanyze
I think Clearbit is a superior product to Datanyze, though it isn't always as user-friendly as Datanyze always was. Clearbit has much better integrations with email service providers so that you can get accurate information on people you solicit as you are writing them emails …
Chose Datanyze
We assessed a Datanyze competitor called Datafox multiple times via calls and meetings. They reach out to us all the time but overall we felt that Datanyze seemed like the better product and was also a little more affordable.
Chose Datanyze
We used to use RainKing, but found the quality of the data extremely lacking. Roles had changed, contact info had changed, and we were not seeing the engagement from outreach to those lists. Also aware of ZoomInfo, but did not try that after results with RainKing.
Chose Datanyze
We use both tools as neither has the complete data set that our sales team needs. Datanyze is one of the best for company data points and technologies that a company uses, but we use ZoomInfo and others to get email addresses and phone numbers once we identify our target …
Chose Datanyze
We selected Datanyze at the time because it was the most comprehensive in terms of the types of accounts they had profiled in their database as compared to ZoomInfo and DiscoverOrg. Datanyze has really strong search/list building functionality. At this point within our team, …
Chose Datanyze
The UI of Datanyze is better than some of the alternatives. They also maintain information on certain technologies that other vendors do not. I also like the company notification (i.e. when a company changes a technology). As far as other features, I have seen that they are …
Chose Datanyze
Datanyze has done a sufficient job at providing me and my team with insights in the mobile industry. They do not have an iOS footprint like the other platforms I have used like Mixrank and Apptopia. I have found Datanyze's SDK information on the Google Playstore to be the most …
Chose Datanyze
I recently evaluated a few other techno-graphic companies, and they seemed to be more expensive when it comes to the cost of exporting data.
Chose Datanyze
Datanyze has much deeper information around the tech stacks that companies are using. They are not always 100% accurate but I have found them to be much better than other solutions. We selected them because they are laser focused on what they do and not trying to be all things …
Chose Datanyze
Datanyze was originally offering contact information. This was a main reason for choosing the service. Something happened and they no longer offered emails for company contacts. Had we known the contact feature wasn't going to be a part of the service in the future, we wouldn't …
Chose Datanyze
Datanyze is solid product but needs to expand its iOS support and improve some of its accuracy. Overall I like it more than the other platforms and we currently have a annual subscription with them.
Chose Datanyze
Data.com has better lead info but Datanyze allows you to look into the technologies used by a company which provides a great deal of benefit when prospecting so that you know what questions to ask when trying to start or influence a conversation.
Lusha
Chose Lusha
Lusha gives me qualified data. The searching is easy and better than Apollo. The UI is better than Lusha. The costing and credits are also better than Apollo's.
Chose Lusha
Lusha is better at credits management and providing the credits as compared to Apollo. This gives an edge to the small teams when it comes to getting the much-needed data at the start stage. Apollo has credits clubbed together, and usage of credits is much higher than that of …
Chose Lusha
ZoomInfo Sales, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SignalHire
Chose Lusha
It's cost-effective and easy to use, with many more genuine leads and fewer junk leads.
Chose Lusha
It is better and cost effective compared to Zoominfo which had many junk data and for one tenth of its price Lusha performs much better
Chose Lusha
Most of the above tools can give you accurate email addresses, but mobile number data is either incorrect or unavailable. But Lusha solves this problem by giving us both email ID and mobile number data accurately at the same place, thus eliminating the need to switch platforms …
Chose Lusha
We use Lusha alongside Apollo. Lusha was chosen as our supplementary data source, as it is super intuitive to use, meaning there was no little to no onboarding time which meant no lost productivity to the business. Stacking up against RocketReach, Lusha has much more data …
Chose Lusha
I have chosen Lusha especially because it helps to get better contact information.
Chose Lusha
They are all good platforms for different regions but they do not come close to Lusha when it comes to Middle east data.
Chose Lusha
Lusha contacts details are always valid for every regions be it asia, africa, us or uk that's not the case with every other tool available in the market. tools available in the market either have relevant data for two or three continents not for all and if you are reaching out …
Chose Lusha
The data provided by this tool is unique and not repeated the data is fresh the number and email id are always valid like 98% valid which compared to the rest of the tool available in market Lusha as a high value number hardly you'll get a bounce back or mail which went unread …
Chose Lusha
The data provided by these tools and nice but I bang on Lusha because that's where I get my closure if I don't get any contact number from Lusha like it's not available or dnd sort of things then I reach out to these tools otherwise, my first go to tool in Lusha.
Chose Lusha
Lusha Scores high on 1. Prospecting and search capabilities 2. Ease of use - the Plugin is the Best feature 3. Data Quality is better.
Chose Lusha
Before adopting Lusha, we also tried using Wiza. They almost have the same capability in terms of integration with Linkedin and CRM. The deal breaker is the data accuracy that Lusha can give over Wiza. Lusha has a broader range in database which made is a stronger fit for our …
Chose Lusha
After trying many options Lusha seems the most accurate and cheapest option on the market.
Chose Lusha
The accuracy of data. Ease of use. Decent engagement/email marketing function. It's also easier to use for the young crowd.
Chose Lusha
It is cost-effective and has free tokens every month.
Chose Lusha
Cost is one of the major factors along with similar functions is why we chose Lusha over the other. Despite being a similar tool, the price factor is what made us choose Lusha over all the other tools that we evaluated. Despite not having sales reps contact us, we were able to …
Chose Lusha
I have a ist usage habbit of using Lusha but I also use other tools since if Lusha misses then I am good to have a way to get to my target prospect via other tools . I am very happy with Lusha's performance and would recommend this tool to all.
Agentforce Sales
Chose Agentforce Sales
Based on my experience, I’ve used Odoo — it’s an open-source ERP system. It’s not exactly the same as Salesforce or Sales Cloud, but it serves a similar purpose. And I feel that Sales Cloud is better. Personally, I find it easier to use and better than what Odoo offers, …
Chose Agentforce Sales
I've used ServiceNow. But we mainly use it on the service side and not on the sales side.
Chose Agentforce Sales
Mendix. It’s somewhat comparable, but not really a true CRM.

Chose Agentforce Sales
Over the years, I’ve helped many people move from different sales solutions — like Dynamics, HubSpot, and Act, which was one of the first ones. I’ve supported a lot of organizations in moving from those platforms to Salesforce.
Chose Agentforce Sales
So I've evaluated, implemented Microsoft Dynamics in the past. I've used Oracle CRM solutions. I've used Daylight, which is a very niche CRM system the last couple of years. And I've evaluated a variety from Legacy Microsoft Ones to Zoho and Sugar when making implementation …
Chose Agentforce Sales
Actually, we have not. By the time I joined my company, we already had Sales Cloud. It was already there and the decision was made. I'm sure that there were other small companies that the upper management team evaluated very quickly, but they came to a decision very quickly. I …
Chose Agentforce Sales
Raiser's Edge, CSING. Those are the primary ones. There's no competition at all. I mean, in terms of tracking duplicate contact, I mean contacts ability to be secure and provide the right access for different levels. Salesforce was able to do that. Oh yeah. Yes. Whereas the …
Chose Agentforce Sales
We have used HubSpot and we have used jojo CRM. So the customer who cannot afford the licensing model of Salesforce, jojo CRM is a very good platform and another for assembly level, hub Spot does the work as well.
Chose Agentforce Sales
I haven't used any other.
Chose Agentforce Sales
Salesforce CMS is by far more capable to be tailored towards the need and critical aspects based on how our org is structured and work.

Integrations are also great! Critical data is easily being synced with other tools in tech stack.
Chose Agentforce Sales
Salesforce is magnificently more robust and functions much better when managing complex sales cycles with multiple individuals and products. With simple sales cycles and few products, Excel is a strong contender.
Chose Agentforce Sales
Salesforce CMS stacks up as a Customer management system because it has a more user friendly snd intuitive interface. The UX is better and more modern. It can be customised and extended. There are always learning opportunities and updates for the system so it keeps on …
Chose Agentforce Sales
I did not make the decision to use Salesforce. However, I am happy with its current implementation to manage our employees.
Chose Agentforce Sales
Salesforce more so compliments these products, rather than stacks against them. We don't have any products similar to Salesforce CMS, so in lieu of that, these are the products we were using that mesh the easiest with Salesforce CMS in terms of proceeding through the …
Chose Agentforce Sales
In my opinion, Salesforce CMS is the most complex of these offerings, and probably the most complex platform of its kind. It was selected by another stakeholder - I would likely have chosen something less expensive and more intuitive to use. The robust feature set is amazing, …
Chose Agentforce Sales
Salesforce CMS is way beyond the other tools in its performamce also
Chose Agentforce Sales
We used the Catalyst product of Totango. It was not great as it was hard to navigate, and it did not offer any reporting capabilities at all, nor did it speed up our day-to-day tasks.
Chose Agentforce Sales
Works well with others and I like the newer deployments which continue to make it even more useful and promotes efficiency and transparency.

Datanyze can be a useful tool for understanding your market. You're able to use Datanyze to see how many people are using your technology as well as who is using your competitors. Receiving alerts on who is adding and dropping you vs your competitors is always helpful. It's a tool that can potentially give back as much as you put in.

I leverage Lusha daily to powerfully qualify and enrich my leads in multiple ways: from supercharging data extracted from CSV files to seamlessly populating phone numbers and email addresses directly from LinkedIn.However, the HubSpot CRM integration truly needs simplification. While I frequently use the standard sequences, I strongly believe they could be dramatically improved by combining email, InMail, and even audio messages. And finally, the conversations module, currently in beta, shows immense promise!

In the end, I think we can always make it fit — and that’s one of the powers of Salesforce. Because of its flexibility and wide range of possibilities, you can really make it work for almost any need. The key, though, is to make thoughtful decisions upfront and plan carefully how you set it up. If you do that, you’ll end up with a truly flexible and effective system.

Pros
  • Compared to BuiltWith, Datanyze recognizes more software vendors.
  • I'm given so much information when I pull Datanyze that I normally don't have to waste time on a website figuring out what software a prospect is using.
  • The breakdown of software vendors with logos is very user-friendly.

  • Identify prospect from Linkedin/Sales Navigator pages
  • Show email ID and phone numbers of the prospect
  • Reflect the correct/complete name of the prospect
  • Suggest contacts from similar profiles
  • Copy/edit option available for better user friendliness
  • It shows relevant information of the prospect's company as well

  • It does a good job of routing our leads to customers, to our inside sales reps and teams.
  • It does a good job of tracking all of the opportunities that we have, the contacts that we have with people related to the opportunities.
  • Organizing and being able to do reports on what our sales are.

Cons
  • The browser extension times out a lot so can be a pain.
  • It would be great to have a better mobile app of this or at least be able to view this data on the go in an easier to read format. The app is limited in functionality.
  • It would be nice to have a general idea of how many contacts it has information for on a particular account at the very start before scrolling through the different pages.
  • It would be great to also have the titles of individuals on the list, so it's quicker to sift who to keep in or exclude prior to revealing details.
  • No product is perfect! Some of the information generated can be inaccurate or generic, e.g., a phone number for a persona may not be direct for that individual but could be a general customer service number for the company and could be the same number listed for multiple prospects.
  • I’d say the only thing that can be a bit tricky — and I know Tableau helps address this — is that sometimes we’re limited in how deep we can go with the data in terms of reporting. It would be great to have a bit more robustness within the app itself. However, we’ve figured out our workarounds, and overall, I think it’s a fantastic product — which is why I’ve been working with it for 23 years.

We purchased Lusha without exploring other options. As we grow, we might want to consider other solutions/services

There are days when I wish we hadn't switched, but I know that if we put in the time, we will get to where we want to be with the software and that it has many more capabilities than anything else we looked at. However, the amount of time and onboarding we need to do is also far greater than we realized/were told when we originally bought the product. They told us we should hire onboarding support, but at the end, after we had already reached our budget maximum for this, so it's been slower than we had hoped.

Simple, clean efficient. No lags and gets us the exact data that we need. No unnecessary terminologies, and it works like a charm every time. From prospecting to lead generation, and intent searching, Lusha is our go to tool and it has stayed ever since we started using it. i would highly recommend.

All in all, it's a great product that use all day, every day. It's aesthetically pleasing overall and specifically provides information in a clean, concise way. It's easy to manipulate and seems to play well with the other products I use such as Pardot, Gmelius, and our company's proprietary data system. It increases my efficieny in my admin tasks so I have more time to focus on revenue-generation and account management. It's also easy to use from everywhere where it be on a university campus, in a hotel room, one of a million Starbucks, or at home

All Force.com apps run on world-class data centers with backup, failover, and disaster-recovery facilities. Force.com has had a proven 99.9 percent uptime record for years. Accordingly, I only recall our instance of Salesforce having one unscheduled, brief down time over 6 years. I can't remember for sure, but it may have been due to our Internet Service Provider (ISP) versus Salesforce itself. Also, Salesforce does it's best to keep customers in the loop:

For a SaaS provider, I'd rate their performance to be one of the best. At times, reporting tends to slow down if the data set is very large, which is the case in any system. But, that's a very rare phenomenon

The overall support has been good. More and more features are being released quite frequently. Very small features are also making big difference in how the tool can be adapted and used better. If there is anything we need or are stuck, the support team sets up a call and helps in resolving the issue/provides workarounds.

I attended two training sessions. I would rate them a 4 as an advanced user. It was very basic – great for someone new – would give 8+ for new person.

I had 3 years of experience at the time. I skipped basic and went onto advanced and still not helpful. A lot of it was best practices that didn’t feel relevant for our business

It is actually pretty easy. If you already worked with Google Chrome's extensions, you're not going to have any problem. It's actually plug & play – you just need to setup your account, install the extension and start prospecting. Lusha gives you an assistant on the browser that easily allows you to crawl information of any LinkedIn profile you're visiting.

Just from an organizational standpoint - we standardized our data prior to moving to Salesforce. But we essentially standardized it wrong. That's created a big disgusting mess for us know that I'll have to deal with as the Admin. Be sure you think through use cases prior to doing something like that - seek outside opinions on how the data will work best, especially depending on what else you're going to integrate with Salesforce.

We use Lusha alongside Apollo. Lusha was chosen as our supplementary data source, as it is super intuitive to use, meaning there was no little to no onboarding time which meant no lost productivity to the business. Stacking up against RocketReach, Lusha has much more data availability, and this is also the case for Apollo, whilst Apollo's database might be larger, it often misses contacts that Lusha has, and Lusha has more verified mobile numbers which is super important.
