Likelihood to Recommend	Delibr Delibr is great for tracking customer feedback and sharing specific sections of a document with stakeholders. It has useful formatting tools and decision tracking that can be embedded right into the document so you can revisit when/why something was decided. Collaboration tools are easy to use and intuitive. I've found it helpful for requirements, planning, feedback sessions, and support/technical documentation for internal users. ProdPad allows ideas to be sorted and archived, plus let's people comment on ideas - so it's pretty obvious is something is a good idea with lots of support or just some crackpot theory. We actually didn't select ProdPad, a new VP came and brought it with him because it worked so well at his last place. Everybody here jumped on board, though.
