Get direct customer feedback to answer many of those early common questions and even shortcut the 'why don't we' thinking that every new hire has, We also used Dovetail as a way to share high-value reference customer interviews and testimonials to demonstrate our product-market fit and techs capacity to investors during the Due Diligence process for obtaining external funding
