Zoho offers their business email suite, which includes Calendar, Tasks, Notes, and Contacts bundled with an inbox.
When collaborating with a team on content creation with the purpose of bringing multiple inputs in a nonstructured or nonfixed media type, this is a great choice because of its diversity of content and collaboration tools, however, if you are looking to have high flexibility in a particular content creation stream, for example, sophisticated text editing or presentation, there are a lot of strong competitors out there.
If you don't have a huge budget and want something that works with minor quirks here and there then Zoho Mail is definitely something you should look into. For half the price of Google G Suite or Office account you get 5GB of storage per user and can send up to 25MB emails without restrictions. Great for small businesses in my opinion. I have had some issues with their spam filter, but we use SpamTitan and just shut off the one that comes with Zoho Mail. Zoho's spam filter isn't horrible but you should definitely use something in addition or instead of what comes with Zoho.
With Dropbox Paper, I can insert images and videos into your document, to make the document more visual, which is helpful for creating newsletters and simple flyers.
Once you create a document, you can save it as a template to be reused as a starting point for creating new documents.
Dropbox Paper has some basic formatting features like bolding text, adding links, and creating H1 and H2 headings.

Dropbox Paper also has an unusual but helpful feature, and that is the time line feature.
When receiving an email with images that are not displayed automatically, you have to activate this function manually. It is a bit uncomfortable, I would prefer that it be activated automatically
The filter to search for information is not very accurate and unfriendly
The way to manage the storage capacity and to buy more space for the mail is not very friendly
I have spoken with Zoho several times and their support is always friendly and helpful. I have always been asked for security pins and codes when seeking assistance which helps me to feel my accounts are secure and I have never had to wait on hold to speak with someone for more than 5 minutes. They always seem to have someone available to help. If you call asking for instructions on how to do something they gladly walk you through the process and if you just need something done and don't have time to do it yourself they will happily customize whatever you need without you having to spend all day with it.
I was not part of the decision making to acquire the Dropbox tool against any of the other options and competitors. However, I can assume that the fact that we have been using Dropbox File Management for many years and many important files are stored and shared in the tool everyday, the adding of Dropbox Paper should have been felt very natural.
ā¢ We were using MailsDaddy for little time since it does not have the adequate functionalities to address the business problems we have or improve the quality of collaborative work between departments. ā¢ The main reason we decided to implement Zoho Mail. It is because this service is much more complete than any of the ones currently on the market. It is perfect for teamwork and increases the fluidity of collaborative work between departments.
Dropbox Paper has allowed all of our employees to be much more productive and on track even when we can't be in the office, which from a management standpoint is a huge positive impact. They know that productivity isn't slowing or lacking when everyone isn't actually sitting in the office under their watchful eye.
It has had a huge impact on our turn around time and speed of getting more work and projects completed. The more work you can effectively get done in a time period means more money for the bottom line.
It has made the majority of our team members more accountable and reliable when they know everyone is working together on something and each person has their own checklist of items to complete. It is especially helpful that everyone can see the same checklist, so everyone knows what each other is accomplishing.
Negative impact - far more work (and time) needed to effectively sort and categorize emails. Instead of emails being easily sorted by labels, it is a more tedious process to have everything sorted by deal or contact
