Likelihood to Recommend Fishbowl is well suited for warehouse operations because you can control, monitor, report or view the progress of materials all the way from purchasing and receiving to the shipment and tracking of products. It integrates with major carriers and with QuickBooks so it does offer a suite that can support the entire operation. It allows for workflow monitoring, so particular groups or products can be tracked.

Read full review Pros Inventory control - provides easy/accurate reports. Also, cycle counts can be done at any time. The warehouse team was easily trained. Sales Orders - Fishbowl allowed us to have the sales orders accessible to everyone and linked the customers' purchase order to the orders and work orders (within the system). It no longer needs to be manually linked. Custom reports - for a small fee we had reports customized specifically for our company. Link to Quickbooks - invoices generated directly after closure of sales order. Oracle Warehouse Management cloud is able to handle all our data. It has a lot of parametrization inside - when we add a new store, we are able to do so easily, no matter its size. It's flexible - adding new information, stores, or changing information is easy to do. It's scalable - again, as we add or change stores, we are able to do so with this software. It performs slow when it must extract the data in large amounts. Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud doesn’t maintain sales return entries because it’s not an order management system. In order to use this feature, we need to configure or deploy another solution, which is Order Management System. We cannot consider it as a demerit of Oracle Warehouse Management Cloud but for a single feature, we cannot deploy another module. . In the last 12 - 14 months, it has greatly improved and if it continues this way I would certainly rate it higher.

With the help of this tool, we were able to track our inventory status more accurately and get a timely update if the inventory is low. It is highly flexible you can easily add new product information or change some information. The interface is very easy to use
