Sage Expense Management vs. WeTravel

Fyle is a much better software than traditional excel reports as it provides both a mobile app and desktop application. Though there is much room for improvement, it still can be rated higher for more users as it makes the process of claims processing and auditing much faster and easier as compared to handling physical bills and receipts. It has helped my organization to save on 2 man-months cost as well by reducing the redundant activities of automating bill submission through apis for common apps like UBER, OLA, etc.

I would highly recommend WeTravel to other fitness instructors and studio owners looking to help organize their retreat registration websites, information, and make payment processing simple and easy!

• The ability to converse within the app. If the approver rejects, the requester can see the reason and type back their response/rectify and resubmit. All within the app.

• Customer Service is top notch and incredibly responsive to any tech issues or questions.
• WeTravel is constantly improving their softwares’ functionality and adding new features for payment collection in multiple currencies, vendor payouts, registrant information collection, etc.
• Their fees are only about 1% of your trip’s revenue, which is much less than Square or PayPal.

• Refunds. I'd like to be able to refund any amount of the trip cost, not just payments in full. For example, someone puts down a $500 trip deposit. WeTravel only gives me the option to refund that $500 in full, not partially.

Features wise both Zoho and Concur are equivalent to Fyle - may be they even offer more features. We picked Fyle particularly because: a) We are a small organization of less than 200 employees and were looking for a cloud based offering b) We had to keep our costs minimal without making major changes to our organization structure Fyle was most optimal that catered to all our requirements.

WeTravel is far superior to PayPal. Their fees are much less, and they offer so much more than just payment processing. They are a huge asset in helping me manage all the retreats we run, organize information and room availability, and process payments

• Since their fees are minimal (about 1%), we've been able to save money vs. if we went with other payment processers like PayPal or Square.
