Likelihood to Recommend I have used Masergy across a few different jobs, spanning over a decade and they have always come through with what they promised the solution has always had rock-solid stability and the team has always been present to address my questions and concerns.

[SentinelOne] Vigilance does not integrate as well with internal staff and needs a better way to a round-robin or assign issues/follow up to numerous internal staff. Would benefit from more workflow to look at multiple issues.

You have to drop down boxes to get to your audio settings. This is time consuming while trying to fix your audio devices. No easy way to switch audio devices. No 'universal' text box to type a number in to dial. You have to click a tab. I sometimes type the number in the 'What's on your mind' box accidentally.
