Never bounce is a best tool if you do not want to waste your time on sending email campaigns to wrong email IDs. You can quickly validate your email ID list and also keep a track of the latest performce on whether the user has clicked, forwarded or unsubscribed your campaign. Once you have this data you can perform further actions on the list and ensure good outcome

ZeroBounce should be used to verify all emails prior to sending ANY campaign. I can't think of any scenario where it should NOT be used. All campaigns that include massive emails really need to be verified for correct email addresses or will chance being suspended by your email Service provider.

We use NeverBounce to verify the email results we got from Clearbit previously. Or we use Clearbit to get the email format and then try it manually on NeverBounce to check it.
