  • Integration to ticketing platforms can be too technical hence there should be an option for easier configurations
  • It can be a challenge sometimes to compute for deflection as the terminology and computation are different e.g. in Yellow.ai it’s based on number of conversations whereas for Zendesk it’s based on # of chats and or tickets.
  • We would love to see further insights on chatbot performance i.e. sentiment analysis and the likes.
