SimplyBook.me vs. Timely booking & payments system

SimplyBook.me is actually well suited for product/service based business which require one to one involvement with clients or prospects or if the users need support. SimplyBook.me comes really handy for booking the concerned person's time slot as per their availibility or open time, both parties can see their availibility and connect/sync accordingly.

I've researched a lot of salon software, and Timely was the top-of-the-line software that does it all compared to competitors. It has a friendly interface, offers easy ways to communicate with clients via text and emails, and provides insights and reports, so it indeed does everything you need for booking software. On top of that, it's cloud-based, so say goodbye to only accessing your appointment book through your computer at the salon.

• It is nice web application through which we can manage our meetings and events.
• it have simple user interface and very user friendly
• It have notification , through which we get alert message about our meetings , event , task, and much more
• We can Upload many documents into this for our references and futures purpose

• Schedule delay for beyond a day because there are times when I want to book beyond 3 or 4 days but I have to instead remember to come back before 1 day to set the reminder.
• Confusing to pay for different features because many times I have found it unclear what features will be available to a paid user and what still will need to be paid for.
• The interface is not easy, it takes time to adjust to things and find the options you find, navigation becomes relatively easier once you get the hang of the app.

This software works far better for this specific industry when placing candidates in the medical field. The reason why is client information for companies and candidates is important to provide to each party. Calendly does an okay job at this but the integration could use work. EngageBay has a lot of other tools and isn't primarily a calendar tool but the calendar has basic features we used.

Timely is by far the most user-friendly and fun to use. It's got a great interface, works on iPads, and training is super easy for the team. Other software is clunky and takes too long to set up and train the team to use.

• In around an hour or so, I have been able to solve my worries about getting paid, organizing my time, leaving me the time and energy to teach and to concentrate on promoting my business.
• It's allowed me, in one stroke, to move forward my plans to add native-speaking language tutors to engage in follow-up courses.

• Bragging rights, yes. Always cool to tell how automated your business is.
• ROI, no. In our case, it wasn't worth the time spent in integration into the website, system setup, plus subscription fee. However, take into account, that High-Value Professional Services is a wrong industry for this product.
• Convenience and confidence that there will be no double booking across G Suite and Timely was tested and were really handy at the times.
• No ability to use our own SMTP. If your server has Anti-Spoofing DKIM and etc., setting it up with Timely was a nightmare as support had no idea. So a lot of emails were going to Spam on the client's side.
