Thryv vs. Whitespark Local Citation Finder

What I have found to be the most critical for my business as a customer of Thryv is the ability to provide an invoice and accept payment with direct linking to my bank account. This has had a dramatic positive impact on my cash flow.

We have a client base within our organization of about ~5,000, so it can be difficult to keep track of all of their marketing status/standings. The Whitespark Local Citation Finder removes the aspect of human error and ensures that we are providing fast, reliable results for thousands of our clients. Being able to see our competitor's citation summary is a large advantage, not other products such as this provides.

It is very easy to use and the features are great for the ones we utilize. If you have any issues at all, customer service or our sales rep is great to work with and fixes what issues I have. They are always willing to help out and to follow up to make sure you don't have any more issues.

Although getting through to the right person may take a while, they have the ability to take over your screen and always assist with whatever you need.

Let's say use this software because it gives a lot of benefits to the company and we no other software use do not.

We have used BrightLocal in the past, which was a great platform. The biggest difference between Whitespark and BrightLocal is its usability. BrightLocal can be difficult to navigate, while Whitespark is much more straightforward and easily navigatable. Within our large organization, we also use the Whitespark Rank Tracker, so being able to utilize multiple Whitespark products streamlines a lot of our processes.
