Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I have used AxisCare for almost 5 years now as a Coordinator. It is the most user friendly for all departments and caregivers in the field. We have recently started using the marketing features and the Webinars offered are great resources. AxisCare is by far my favorite homecare and scheduling software.

Cons

  • Schedule changes on caregiver side, most of the time they have to refresh their app multiple times
  • Update rural areas on the geofencing

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

AxisCare Home Care Software is the lifeblood of my office. Scheduling, record keeping, documenting, contact info, billing, payroll and financials all in one place. AxisCare Home Care Software is also pretty friendly with other software we use in the office; it's API integrations allow for some interesting and handy workflows. You can get very, very granular with Axiscare's reports which allows me to hunt down specific data trends.

  • However, I have entertained a few sales pitches from other folks, but none of them got me even a little excited enough to look into them deeper.

AxisCare Home Care Software saves us time in scheduling, care plan updates, and billing.

Pros

  • Background Checks and online applications for caregivers reduce tedious paperwork.
  • The platform allows us to check in with caregivers in a HIPPA compliant-environment and provides opportunities for quick and effective communication.
  • AxisCare Home Care Software updates the platform regularly, however, professional development keeps pace with these updates. This facilitates compliance and time management so that we can spend more time working with our staff and clients.

Cons

  • When a care plan changes, it is a little tedious to remove previously scheduled appointments.
  • The Help Button is good, but a drop down box of common issues might be useful.

Return on Investment

  • The ability to print a summary of services and billing has saved considerable time for our agency.

This software is the integral system to ensure our client and caregiver information is all in one place and that schedules are executed according to our expectations. AxisCare Home Care Software has continuously made updates when it comes to ease of communication, scheduling, and keeping the platform refreshed.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use AxisCare Home Care Software on our homecare business to track schedules, documenting visits with EVV, Payroll, tracking billing and AR.

Pros

  • Scheduling our caregivers and documenting their visits.
  • Reports are robust and easily found
  • Our clinicians find the application easy to use.

Cons

  • I would like to be able to document the Ohio DODD clients here. We are not able to do so at this time due to the state requirements.

Return on Investment

  • This has allowed us to have one location and not have to worry about having offices in all the towns we are in to collect paperwork.
  • This software is growing with us as we grow.
